Fish&Veg con salsa de Morgan
Ingredientes para 2 personas
- Skinless Codfish scallops 300gr
- Potato starch
- Frying oil
- Bread Crumbs
- Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil
- Coat the fish with the potato starch, beaten egges and then bread crumbs.
- Fry it for 4/5 minutes until golden brown. In another pan fry the potatoes.
- Serve the fish and chips with a generous amount of our Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil
